Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can move from any event or thought that makes us feel frustrated, angry, nervous. Our college has conducted an workshop on 18theatre July 2020 from 3:00-4:30pm .lt was on the topic "SSTRESS MANAGEMENT"and was taken by nisha T Muhammad, lecturer Bhavan vidya mandir, pathanamtitta. Google meet has been employed as the platform for the conduction of workshop. It was very effective as it provided information about stress.she managed the class with lively talks and PowerPoint presentation .Thus for me the section was very effective and useful both as a student and a social being.
